Refund Policy

Effective Date: March 29, 2026

1. Custom Development Services

Due to the nature of custom software development, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Our general policy:

  • Before work begins: Full refund of any advance payment if the project is cancelled before development starts
  • During development: You are responsible for payment of all work completed through the cancellation date, as documented in progress reports and deliverables
  • After delivery: Deliverables accepted by the client are not eligible for refund. Issues discovered within the 30-day warranty period will be resolved at no additional cost

2. Subscription Products

For subscription-based products (if applicable):

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period
  • Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a pro-rated refund within the first 30 days

3. Dispute Resolution

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at hello@harborsoftware.com with details of your concern. We aim to resolve all disputes within 10 business days.
